We’re Hiring

Have you ever looked at the local ads for job offers?   $8 an hour, $9 an hour, $10 an hour —oh look! $15 an hour…
I’m kind of shocked by reality.  My job pays me so well and I’ve been disconnected from this reality for many years.  I began to wonder… “Do people even know what’s possible?  Do they know they can do so much better?”

When I started my business in 2011, I was making about $2.50 an hour the first month.  But listen, within 3-4 months, I was making $10 and hour.  18 months into my business, $40 an hour. What?  That’s a rare wage indeed—especially working just 50 hours a month.  Today I make $100 or more an hour. It’s true.  And I’m on track to be making $180 an hour by the end of this year.

Does that intrigue you?
Guess what?  I have about a 9th grade education.  I got my GED when I was 16.  I didn’t go to college. I live in North Idaho — NORTH IDAHO folks.  My closest “city” has a population of 800 people.  I homeschool my 3 children.  I have no special talents.  I am not a genius. I am totally average. And yet, I make more than a lot Doctors.

It isn’t talent that changes the world as much as diligence on the part of average people.  Are you average?  I feel strongly that the next 4 years will be very GOOD for home-based businesses.  And I also feel strongly that my particular company, which I represent, will grow rapidly during this season.  We had some hard hits in 2014 when the FDA came after us for sharing in ways we should never have been sharing… but we’ve discovered new ways to educate people about the amazing benefits of essential oils.

Which is why we’re hiring.

Technically I suppose, we’re not “hiring” as much as we’re looking for people who are serious…People who want an income that changes the world.  We want to see families free from CRUSHING debt– and those same families to go on and pour out resources into places in desperate need. We are NOT looking for people who want to become millionaires so they can live luxuriously ignoring the rest of the world.

We want to rise up business owners who are smart.  Who drive functioning old cars with no payments so children in Uganda can get jiggers removed from their feet and a new pair of shoes.  Who skip the expensive new clothes so one girl can be rescued from the horrors of the sex slave industry.  Who eat simply and nutritiously within a smart budget so that children in Ecuador can actually learn to read and get a basic education. We are looking for people who a driven with passion to change the world.

The truth is, it takes a lot of work on our part in setting up someone in a home business successfully.  So please, only respond if you’re really serious.

Are you…
  • Self-Motivated?
  • Serious about natural health solutions that dramatically change people’s lives?
  • A team player?
  • Dependable?
  • Willing to get training and improve your skills?
Then welcome to the team!  The next step is for you to submit and application through my website and we’ll have a phone interview to determine whether or not we’ll work together and where you’ll fit on the team.  I can only do a few of these per month, so don’t hesitate in getting your application sent in to us.  Submit an Application Here

Or, this may not be for you.  You may have another business that you’re rocking!!!!!!!  If so, I’d love for you to hit reply and tell me what it is so that I can send people YOUR WAY who need what you sell!!!  Giving referrals is my favorite—I keep a folder of people that I can send others to for products and services.
Looking forward to your reply!
