Those look so yummy Kayla!! Fun to see you in the kitchen! The drawing sounds so great…would love any of those videos! I do have the Maxi-max one but any other one would be fun to mix things up.

    Hey Kayla,
I enjoyed learning about your family tradition! I didn't know there was a difference in cinnamon. I love to use VietNam cinnamon in my kitchen. It is hot and rich.
Absolutely excited about your drawing. Keeping my fingers crossed (is that a muscle activation?)

Oooohh I'd love to win a video.  I need some variety right now with all the rain here in ORegon.   I'm very curious what the barefoot one is since I work out barefoot a lot.  I need to look into the tempo lower body and maxi max extreme.  I've fallen behind on what is out there.  Maybe a blog article about new videos in the past couple of years would help slackers like me.   I alternate between Tempo and Ladybug.

I bake my rolls at 375 for 20-ish minutes. I’m one of those, “more guidelines than rules” cooks. LOL I feel my oven is a little on the cool side and things bake better at 375. You will basically bake them exactly that same as other rolls, just give a little tug on the end of one of the knots to make sure they are done in the center.

Those Cinnamon Knots have me drooling and wishing for a cup of coffee to go along with them!  I love the fact that you talk about eating "real food" and the fact that this is a big thing within T-Tapp.  I hate how so many fitness and health "gurus" are pushing fake and toxic foods as being good for weight loss and health.  Thank you for being one of the few voices of reason out there!!
Barefoot Basic + is an absolutely wonderful workout (I've seen/done it twice), and I'd love to win it…or any of those you're giving away.  Thank you for being so sweet and generous, making this offer available to your readers!

Loved the different way of making cinnamon rolls.  I would love to make it a special tradition at my home as well.  I bake with my daughter and this looks like it would be much easier and fun "twist" on this treat.  I enjoy your newsletters and look forward to learning more!

I've done these in the past as well!  I've put them in muffin tins but a cookie sheet just sounds like less clean up.  BTW- I'd love the DVD!

Just wanted to say I just got a chance to watch the video. Great!
We just got our Azure order this morning. I just love their products! What a great idea to grind your own cinnamon. I will try that since I have cinnamon chips.

I used to use the cooking spray you use. Then I read a tip in a book to just take a clean spray bottle (like the Dollar Store kind) and put olive oil in it. Works the same and costs way less with no added ingredients.

I like it!!! Years ago I got one of those “mister” bottles, but it never worked properly and was always clogged, so I gave up. Will have to give a spray bottle a try….I wonder if I got a glass one, then I could leave it on my stove top and put coconut oil in it. The stove top should keep it warm enough to be liquid and coconut oil is better for high heat… hm….

Way cool! Now when I rid myself of the cinn family sensitivities I'll have a better tasting cinn roll. I don't like the reg kind because I taste so much of the bread, these don't seam like they would be like that since the whole thing is dipped.
