Slim Your Thighs QUICK!

If you've ever wished you get could get slimmer thighs really quick, then today's links are for you!  I know, you short torso's out there probably don't struggle with your thigh measurement as much as your waistline, but the other part of the population, (combo body types and long torso body types) have a tendency to struggle getting slim and trim thighs.

Shaving inches from your thighs is easier than you might think.  In fact, this month I hit an all time low on my thigh measurement from doing one simple T-Tapp move.  It's appropriately called, "Awesome Legs."

Dry Skin Brushing can go a long way toward eliminating cellulite, reducing that appearance of stretch marks and smoothing out the skin on your whole body, legs included.

Alfalfa is a plant that feeds the skin and also helps to reduce cellulite and the dimples on your thighs.  Some of this is from the "feeding the skin" factor, but much of it is also from losing water weight while taking alfalfa.  I LOVE my alfalfa for the water factor as my skin gets "dimpled" from retaining fluid more than from cellulite.

Thanks, Kayla.  I tried it with the form tips this morning.  Definitely more challenging.  I am almost finished reading her book.  I have been going through the forums looking for form tips.  I am realizing that everything has to be tight to get the best results, push your knees out as if you are opening elevator doors with your knees, move your arms as if you are always pushing through mud,  tighten those muscles between  your shoulder blades.  So much to think about!  I appreciate your encouragement!  I am doing TWO M, W, F and Step away the inches the other days except Sunday, my day off.

      Hi Florence, Awesome legs is usually done in sets of two. Typically, this is plenty!!! Most T-Tapp exercises will help to slim the thighs as well. <3
