It’s true; losing weight is not easy. You have to work toward it in some manner every day. Whether that means eating less or exercising more, you have to take action to reach your goal.
On the other hand, I wouldn’t say losing weight especially hard. It takes changing a behavior, but it’s definitely doable. Do you look at losing weight like it’s going to be a very difficult thing? That might be keeping you stuck in a state of flabby excess. What if you changed your mindset? Oh no! There’s that word, “change”. If what you’re doing isn’t producing results, you’re probably going to need to change something. Start by changing your mindset. Decide that losing weight isn’t hard but is a welcome “change” in behavior.
Successful people do not do the same ineffective behavior over and over again. You need to take action today. I don’t want anyone to walk away from reading this thinking, “what great motivation! I’ll start tomorrow”.
