Fluffy Like a Marshmallow
by Kayla Howard
Have you ever noticed your mid section spreading and your upper thighs getting "fluffy" — weight gain that is making you "fluffy"? Fluffy like a marshmallow?
It's a funny kind of weight gain that just happens overnight, literally. The kind of "fluff" I'm referring to is the hormonal kind. If you are like me, as a woman, you gain this "fluff" during the last 2 weeks of the month and don't really enjoy it.
Do you want to know a secret weapon that I have found?
I discovered this secret when I completed a 30 day Ladybug challenge. I had full intentions of doing complete Ladybug workouts, every other day, for the duration of the challenge. However, life got in the way and that didn't happen. In fact, I only did a handful of full workouts during the 30 days. So how did I achieve such great results? And how did it show up in pictures during the last few days of the month when I am normally at my largest?
Simple; I used Teresa Tapp's amazing weapons to combat the mid section spread.
Why am I writing about this now? It seems sort of….random. Well, I noticed this weekend that I'm getting a little "fluffy" and knew what I should do based on the results I've had in the past.
Are you curious? What is it that works so well?
I'll tell you, but you have to promise to tell me how it works for you when you give it a try. It's just 4 moves, most of them are found on the Critter Crunch DVD series. Be sure and start with a T-Tapp warm up of Primary Back Stretch for best results.
