  1. Kayla, I needed to hear that today. I had a very upsetting day yesterday and left the job I at one time very much enjoyed. Thank you for assuring me about agape love, the love I am familiar with, the unconditional, PURE LOVE that our lord Jesus has for us.

Yesterday I had to stand with the belt of truth tied around my waist, and the protection of right living on my chest. I had to wear the good news of peace to help me stand strong. I had to also use the shield of faith in order to stop all the burning arrows of the evil one. I accepted God’s salvation as my helmet, and took the sword of the spirit, the word of God. I am thankful each and every day for my God. He protected me, and I know he loves me for me.

As I have shared with you, I am still trying to get my Lola’s Home website up and open. I am passionate about spreading love. LOLA= love only, love always.

In the news I read about the horrible shooting of these beautiful people in North Carolina. I couldn’t even read all the details as it was so disturbing.

I think Gods hand has definitely been at work in the days leading up to yesterday. Now I will have the time and energy to devote to Lola’s Home. I hope you will come join me there and do life together.

Thank you for sharing about Gods pure, rich love for us.

    May God bless you richly.

  2. Amen Kayla. Great talk on agape love. Love is not a feeling. It is a commandment. Love The Lord your God with all your heart soul mind & strength & love your neighbor as yourself. Have a blessed weekend.

  3. Wow – I just discovered your site and am loving it. After a disagreement about a church business matter, I made a decision a while back to love a fellow church member, for herself – as she is – no changes. We had not talked in a while, but when I made that decision and began praying for her and our relationship, doors opened. Now, we talk weekly and love and feel comfortable together. Because I made that decision – to love her – God showed me His love for her. That’s just one of the amazing things about Him. And, like the person before me said, love is not a feeling – its a commandment. We have to make a choice and if we do not feel that love, then we need to ask God to give us His love for that person (I’ve done this many times during an argument with my husband). Great post and so glad to be here! God bless!!
