Critical Records; Making it Easy to Keep Track of Your Family’s Health
by Kayla Howard
Remember when you took that remedy for an illness and it actually really helped? Do you remember what it was? Hmm….If you’re like me, maybe you do, but most likely you don’t. Would’t it be great to have your OWN reference guide of natural supplements and how the actually worked for your family?
Tracking what worked and what didn’t is an important step in keeping your family healthy. At one point, I did write down supplements we took and what results we got from taking them. I think I did it a couple times, then lost the paper I wrote it on because I failed to be organized. Let’s face it, most of us do not take an entire bottle of anything. We take it until our symptoms are better, then add it to overflowing “medicine cabinet” in the kitchen or the bathroom. I have three full shelves of such supplements, and I don’t remember how to use half of them.
Some of my favorite supplements include Standard Process (Practitioner Prescribed), Young Living Essential oils and supplements, Energetix Homeopathic’s, and colloidal silver. So with all those options, I’m looking at literally thousands of possible uses, and the fact that not everything works the same for every person. What to do with all these fabulous tools?
In an exciting turn of events, I’ve found something to make all this record keeping easy and fun!
“A Family Health Handbook” written by my friend Kelly Zakariasen of A Joyful Heart Health, is a simple system that takes the frustration out of keeping records, and inspires you to track your family health with success. She teaches you how to print specific pages that your family needs, how to create a family binder with sections for each person, and what is important to track. And the best part is, it and instant downloadable eBook all for $14!!!!!!!!
I’m so excited to share this with you all –and she doesn’t even know I’m telling you—I hope you’ll grab your own copy and get started keeping health records today. Get your copy here.
