Thank you for sharing! Is there a particular brand of essential oils you recommend? Krista

I personally use Young Living because I know that their quality is the best! I also use enough oils that I get a lot for free with their rewards program. I am sure there are other brands of oils that are also good, but I’m not sure what they are and so can’t suggest them. =)

Hi, Kayla!
For some reason I can't play your videos. It tells me "The creator of this video has not given you permission to embed it on this domain. This is a Vimeo Plus feature." Any ideas what's wrong?

That is very strange….it can’t be placed anywhere else, but you are not trying to do that. Try this link: http://vimeo.com/34932350

Do you dilute the oil when applying to skin?  Also, how do you distribute it on your counters?
Love learning more about EOs!  Thank you.

Some oils need to be diluted and other do not. I usually put a few drops into my dishcloth to spread it on my counter!!!!

Bob, I can’t prescribe anything for specific conditions. HOWEVER, when I have this type of congestion going on, I use thieves on my tongue, them press it to the roof of my mouth. I do the same with Peppermint to open the sinus, then I use eucalyptus in my hands and hold it over my nose to inhale and open the sinuses. I also use colloidal silver nose spray. =) Hope that helps!
