"Your class came at a difficult time for me, physically and schedule-wise. I know I would have just given up T-Tapping during that time if not for the encouragement and instruction I received from your class. I was much encouraged in making changes to my eating habits. I implemented small daily changes that are still making a difference. The chats were helpful, too. It's so nice to be able to ask questions as they come up. The video review was my favorite part of the class, probably because it was so personally directed for me and helped me improve my form so much. Kayla is a dedicated teacher. I loved the video form review, it has taken my TTapp to a whole new level of "muscle awareness". I can tell she cares about each student's progress and she inspired me to new levels of dedication in my workouts. She is accessible and answers any crazy question I have. It has been a joy to take this class from her and learn from her. Her sweet personality and sense of humor shine through, making even the most grueling of form corrections feel do-able. "I loved the workshop I participated in with Kayla. I was pretty new to T-tapp and the single most wonderful thing she did was touch my hip - my hip went WHOOP and my butt tucked like it's never tucked before! It's unbelievable how that small instruction changed my T-tapp workouts from that point on! And her instruction on OIPs really spoke to me too.
