Kayla, While you do not know me and we live thousands of mile apart. It was truly a coincidence that you came into my life, but I believe that all things happen for a reason. You are truly a blessing to me and I am sure others. I would like to express my appreciate for the time and effort you take to start such informative groups. I have learned so much from this group and your daily blog just since Thanksgiving. Now if I would just start that 8 week fitness program:( It is on my list. As a wife, a mom of 3, a full time teacher, etc, etc, etc, I know time is limited. I would like to say thank you, I appreciate your efforts. –Lori

I know I would have just given up T-Tapping during that time if not for the encouragement and instruction I received from your class. I was much encouraged in making changes to my eating habits. Kayla is a dedicated teacher. I loved the video form review, it has taken my TTapp to a whole new level of "muscle awareness". I can tell she cares about each student's progress and she inspired me to new levels of dedication in my workouts. She is accessible and answers any crazy question I have. That’s a great list! I have not done a good job over the last year with my pantry but you are inspiring me.
