Have you ever had this thought?  “I need to stop eating so much junk.”  That’s a good start, but can lead to a fatal mistake.

Monday

  • Breakfast, scrambled eggs & kiwi
  • Lunch, Sandwich on sprouted seed bread
  • Dinner, salmon, oven roasted potatoes (with olive oil and season salt) & lightly cooked green beans with butter, olive oil and lost of garlic

Tuesday

  • Breakfast, yogurt
  • Lunch, leftover salmon, nuts, dried fruit
  • Dinner, venison sauteed in butter/olive oil with onions (YUM), garlic green beans, rice

Wednesday

  • Breakfast, scrambled eggs & homemade breakfast cookies with sprouted wheat flour
  • Lunch, more leftover Salmon, nuts and dried fruit
  • Dinner, homemade egg rolls fried in coconut oil & fried rice (this was a rare treat!)

  1. Hey Kayla,
    I just came across a really yummy snack recipe.  It's a granola bar that contains oats, peanut butter, honey, and any kind of additives you like.  I add ground flax seed, hemp powder, craisins.   It doesn't go in the oven.  I'm thinking it would be fun to add coconut or coconut oil.  My hubby and I like it without anythng spread on top but my two boys are partial to a thin layer of melted chocolate chips on it.

    I agree with you, Kayla.  When we fixate on what we can't eat instead of what we can, we seem to feel defeated.

  3. Great video Kayla! I am known for making whatever's on my mind in the mornings, and never planning anything out. So, this video hit home for me!!
    Also, your skin looks beautiful!! If I may ask, what makeup do you use? It looks so natural and you look blemish free, seriously. I would so like to know!!

My skin care line up is just a simple face soap from Young Living, and the Essential Beauty Serum from them as well. Claiming the spirit of peace from the Lord is the best thing for skin—allowing a spirit of fear is terrible from the inside out. (I know from personal experience!). HUGS
