Are you looking for results?
Five years ago I was looking for results too. As pictured on the left, excess weight had crept on and refused to budge! That's when I found T-Tapp. Between three small children, a limited budget and living many miles out of town, I needed something I could enjoy doing at home. I also needed something that could be done quickly since extended amounts of time were scarce.
What is T-Tapp and why is it so great?
T-Tapp is a sequence of movements designed by fitness expert, Teresa Tapp. The goal is to put the body in proper alignment to optimize bodily functions. Getting your body in correct alignment enhances your body’s ability to burn fat, move lymph, and sculpt muscles!
T-Tapp is done without fancy equipment—just you, your tennis shoes and your DVD player.
- T-Tapp comprehensively works the full length of the muscles from origin to insertion to produce long, lean muscles with beautiful “cuts”.
- The principles you learn from T-Tapp can be applied to any exercise routine to enhance the results.
- T-Tapp is more than just burning calories/fat – it literally resets and rebuilds your primary body functions (i.e.: lymphatic system, endocrine system, metabolic rate and elimination systems, among others).*
- T-Tapp boosts thinking and brain power by crossing the mid-line of the body.
- T-Tapp movements and sequences are very rehabilitative, especially for the lower back and knees. They look so simple – but they provide a workout like no other. *
- You’ll never work just one muscle group with T-Tapp. This workout is designed to fatigue muscle groups layer by layer, working 5-7 muscles groups at a time!
So what did T-Tapp do for me? Without changing my diet, purchasing a expensive home gym or compromising time with my children, I reached my goal in 5 months time. Not only did I reach my goal but I have maintained that goal for 5 years, predominately spending only 15 minutes 3-5 times per week! And further more, T-Tapp helps the fit get fitter! Check out my 30 day results after T-Tapping for 3 years. I bet you can workout for 15 minutes too!
